Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Projektmanager Vertragsmanagement (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) koordinieren und steuern Sie kaufmännische Prozesse innerhalb komplexer Projekt- und Serviceabläufe
- Zudem erstellen Sie Angebote, Preis- und Kostenkalkulationen und begleiten die kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung eigenverantwortlich
- Auch pflegen Sie projektbezogene Daten in SAP und verantworten administrative Prozesse von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungsstellung
- Darüber hinaus überwachen Sie Kosten, Termine und Abrechnungen und erstellen projektbezogene Reports und Auswertungen
- Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie kleinere Teilprojekte und arbeiten eng mit internen Fachbereichen sowie Projektteams zusammen
Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) mit relevanter Zusatzqualifikation
- Zudem bringen Sie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Vertragswesen oder in der kaufmännischen Projektabwicklung mit
- Auch arbeiten Sie sicher mit MS Office - Kenntnisse in SAP, Jira oder Confluence sind von Vorteil
- Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie durch eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Zudem verfügen Sie über verhandlungssicher Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse und idealerweise Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Preisrecht oder projektbezogenen Vertragsumfeld
