Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Campaign Data Management unterstützt du unser Data Operations Team dabei, zielgerichtete Marketingkampagnen umzusetzen und unsere Kunden mit datenbasierten Lösungen erfolgreich zu machen.
Aufgaben
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Zielgruppenselektionen für Multichannel-Kampagnen mit Schwerpunkt E-Mail-Marketing
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Daten- und Kampagnenprozesse in Adobe Campaign
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Marketing, Data und IT
- Analyse und Qualitätssicherung von Kampagnendaten
- Planung, Vorbereitung und Koordination von Workshops und Kundenterminen
Qualifikation
- Du studierst oder bist in einer relevanten Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, IT, Marketing, Digitale Medien o.ä.
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Adobe Campaign oder vergleichbaren Kampagnenmanagement-Systemen sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Du überzeugst durch eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und analytisches Denken
- Eigenverantwortliches und zielorientiertes Arbeiten, auch in stressigen Phasen
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
