We are seeking a Platform Security & Governance Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on strengthening governance models and ensuring compliance across Power Platform environments. You will work closely with admin and delivery teams to implement security controls.

Key responsibilities

  • Support teams during migration from Power Apps/Teams environments to enterprise environments, including CI registration, SRMP alignment, and security requirements.
  • Translate compliance, security, and IT guardrails into technical controls, templates, and decision criteria for admins and delivery teams.
  • Strengthen governance models within Power Platform and develop new strategies for Power BI/Fabric and Copilot Studio.
  • Build and implement compliance and security requirements in the platform backend, such as DevOps pipelines, gateway servers, NPAs, and vulnerability dashboards.
  • Support release management calendar and translate new AI developments into secure Power Platform enablement.
  • Implement the new Power Apps Governance Strategy by providing hands‑on technical support during environment transitions.
  • Mature governance and environmental strategies for Power BI/Fabric and Copilot Studio from a technical controls and platform security perspective.

Required qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Experience with governance, compliance, and security frameworks such as SRMP and enterprise IT guardrails.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and backend infrastructure (gateway servers, NPAs).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into controls and templates.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with admins, delivery teams, and stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Power BI / Fabric and Copilot Studio.
  • Experience translating AI developments into secure platform enablement.
  • Experience with vulnerability monitoring dashboards and release management calendars.
