CORE DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define and govern project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies across tracks
- Drive delivery governance cadence — steering committees, status reviews, escalation protocols
- Manage cross-functional teams including consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders
- Ensure delivery quality through structured QA, testing governance, and milestone sign-offs
- Lead resource planning, capacity management, and vendor / subcontractor oversight
- Own financials — revenue recognition, margin management, billing milestones, and forecasting
- Navigate change management, contractual amendments, and SOW expansions
- Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks and client concerns

- Understanding of CERC / SERC regulations, tariff orders, and state utility governance
Renewable Energy
- Working knowledge of utility-scale solar PV, wind (onshore/offshore), hybrid, and BESS projects
- Exposure to green hydrogen, corporate PPAs, open access, and captive power models
- Familiarity with SECI auctions, RPO compliance, ISTS policies, and RE project structuring
- Understanding of carbon markets, RECs, and energy transition frameworks
- Awareness of decarbonization roadmaps, net-zero strategies, and ESG reporting in the utility context
Energy Markets & Commercial
- Understanding of Indian electricity markets — DAM, TAM, G-DAM, bilateral contracts, and banking
- Familiarity with RE project economics, project finance fundamentals, and PPA structures
- Exposure to energy procurement strategies for large C&I consumers and utilities

- Exposure to IoT-enabled monitoring platforms for generation and network assets
Cloud & Integration
- Delivery experience on cloud platforms – Azure, AWS, or Oracle in a utility/energy context
- Understanding of integration architecture – APIs, middleware, legacy modernization
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and data governance considerations in OT environments
