Job Title – Strategy Associate Director IMU
Management Level: 05 – Associate Director
Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore
Must have skills:
Proven track record in Sales and GTM work across, Auto OEM, Consumer Durables, Farm Equipment. Preferably should have experience in doing a Sales role in the industry in India followed by a successful career in consulting firms in India doing Sales Acceleration and GTM strategy type of projects for India clients in India.
Good to have skills:
A good understanding of and experience is use of digital and analytics tools in Sales, Channel Mgmt, Influencer Mgmt etc. Also, being part of the core team and working on Sales Analytics Hub or implementation of DMS/SFA/CRM packages is an advantage.
Job Summary:
As a part of our Reinvention Services you will be primarily responsible for actively managing Sales Acceleration and GTM strategy projects with Clients in the above mentioned industries. Driving sales upliftment projects (penetration, extraction, velocity of sales etc) and market share increase projects (white space identification, potential mapping, working with primary channel partners, increasing retail universe coverage, increasing unique billed outlets etc). You will work with teams of between 5 and 20 people.
You will also be expected to sell more work (extensions to existing projects, using credentials to initiate new conversations and pitching to the client) to sell project. You will also carry a delivery and a sales target. This role demands a strong ability to originate and structure deals, build long-term trust with C-suite executives, and position Accenture as a strategic partner for transformation and innovation. You will identify and pursue new opportunities, originate deals, and expand relationships with existing clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Growing business:
- Contribute to expanding Accenture's footprint and share of wallet in client/industry; accountable for portion of business results on the account (at a minimum.)
- Bring disruptive and innovative ideas to originate new opportunities (while also pursuing business-as-usual opportunities.
- Get involved in complex commercial problems and negotiations.
- Deepen Accenture acumen (e.g., organizational constructs/networks/offerings/ecosystem partners) to assess how to bring all of Accenture to the client.
- Lead/contribute to development of assets and offerings.
Build long-standing, trust-based relationships
- Deliver projects and het Client delight such that Accenture becomes a preferred business services partner
- Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as industry (Auto OEM, Consumer Durables, Farm Equipment)
- Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the client
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Rich experience in the Auto OEM, Consumer Durables, Farm Equipment in-depth digital AI expertise and handling clients especially in the Indian market
- Demonstrate sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the industry role
- Experience of 16-18 years in consulting and account management experience; domestic consulting experience preferred
- Experience of working in a consulting firm will be preferred
- Strong program management skills such as budget management, project planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills
- Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
