About Polymarket
Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.
We're growing fast, both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.
About the Role
Polymarket's Growth team owns the full acquisition funnel, from first impression to first deposit. We move fast because the product does. Markets open and close in hours, major events drive massive spikes in intent, and the window to capture demand is often narrow. Paid search sits at the center of that challenge: it's where existing intent meets our product, and converting that intent efficiently is one of the highest-leverage things we can do right now.
This role owns demand capture end to end across Google and Apple. That means Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, UAC, and Apple Search Ads, all under one roof, with full accountability for CAC, LTV, and payback. You'll be the person building the account architecture, owning the measurement layer, and making the budget allocation calls. There's no committee. There's no one above you in the channel who will catch mistakes or set the direction.
The challenge is real. Prediction markets are a new category for most users, the ad environment is regulated, and the news cycle never stops. The person who wins in this role is someone who treats account structure as a competitive advantage, builds systems so that launching around a major event takes minutes not hours, and reads marginal return data rather than blended averages to make allocation decisions.
What You'll Do
- Own paid search and app marketing end to end across Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, UAC, and Apple Search Ads, with direct accountability for CAC, LTV, payback period, and incremental revenue.
- Build and maintain account architecture that holds up at scale, covering campaign structure, bid strategy, budget pacing, negative keyword hygiene, and audience signals across web and app environments.
- Mine the full keyword and query surface continuously, including competitor conquesting, brand defense, category expansion, and identifying demand signals before competitors price them in.
- Build and own the measurement layer for the channel, including conversion tracking, MMP integration, SKAdNetwork and AEM setup, and incrementality testing that separates captured demand from created demand.
- Allocate large budgets across campaign types, devices, geos, and platforms based on marginal return, and own the forecasting and reporting that keeps leadership informed and able to act quickly.
- Partner with creative on ad copy, extensions, sitelinks, video assets, app store creative, and landing page experiences that close the loop between search query and conversion.
- Be first on new platform betas, campaign types, and bidding products, with a clear framework for what to test, how to read the result, and when to kill it.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid search or app marketing, ideally in consumer tech, fintech, or a high-growth startup.
- Deep expertise across Google Ads, specifically Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and UAC, including scaled budget management and bid strategy decisions.
- Real fluency in Apple Search Ads, including campaign structure, Creative Sets, and store-level conversion dynamics.
- Demonstrated full-channel ownership: you have built or rebuilt an account from scratch and can walk through every structural decision and explain why it held up as spend grew.
- Cross-environment buying experience across web and mobile app, with genuine fluency in MMP integration, SKAdNetwork, AEM, and how app measurement differs from web.
- Strong analytical foundation, including experience with attribution modeling, incrementality testing, geo experiments, and performance forecasting tied to depositing users, not just clicks.
- Proven ability to scale spend while holding or improving CAC, LTV, and payback period, with allocation decisions driven by marginal return rather than channel-level averages.
- (Plus) Experience navigating regulated ad categories in fintech, crypto, or financial products, including platform policy constraints and approval workflows.
- (Plus) Proficiency with Google Ads scripts or the API for reporting automation, bid management, or feed operations.
- (Plus) Background in trading, crypto, sports betting, or financial products, where market timing and category sensitivity affect campaign decisions.
- (Plus) Experience running paid search alongside a large paid social program, with a clear view on cross-channel overlap and how to measure it.
Benefits
- Competitive salary & equity
- Unlimited PTO
- Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage
- 401k match
- Hardware setup: new MacBook Pro, big display, & accessories
