The Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of insurance products such as Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will be adept at converting leads, understanding customer needs, and generating insights that help refine lead quality and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and convert sales leads for Health insurance products.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, benefits, and policy terms across multiple insurers.

- Engage with customers to understand their insurance requirements and recommend the best-fit products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and conversion data in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes.

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in insurance sales (preferably Health).
- IRDA certification preferred.
