  • Develop motor control hardware and firmware solutions based on NXP microcontroller platforms, supporting complete product development from concept to production.
  • Implement motor control software on ARM-based NXP microcontrollers using Embedded C/C++ and RTOS platforms.
  • Develop simulation models and validate control strategies using MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Apply strong knowledge of power electronics, including inverters, PFC, gate drivers, current/voltage sensing, protection circuits, and motor drive topologies.
  • Utilize knowledge of magnetics and motor fundamentals to support motor characterization, efficiency improvement, acoustic noise reduction, and torque optimization.
  • Perform system integration, motor tuning, performance optimization, and product validation.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues using oscilloscopes, power analyzers, logic analyzers, and other laboratory equipment.
  • Lead technical reviews, mentor junior engineers, and support end-to-end product development activities.
