- Entwicklung thermaler und fluiddynamischer Architekturen für mechatronische und optische Komponenten von Mikrolithographieanlagen
- Entwicklung von Modellen und Methoden zur Systemidentifikation und Regelung thermischer Systeme
- Ausarbeitung und Bewertung technischer Konzepte mittels 1D-/3D-Simulationen, Designverifikation und Modellvalidierung
- Erstellung und Abstimmung technischer Anforderungen sowie relevanter Entwicklungsdokumentation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Sicherstellung von Fertigungsfähigkeit, Integrationsfähigkeit, Designverifikation und Risikomanagement während der Industrialisierung
- Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams, Lieferanten, Dienstleistern, Forschungseinrichtungen und Partnern der Hightech-Industrie
- Vertretung zugeordneter Systemthemen gegenüber Entwicklungsprojekten und Kunden innerhalb eines internationalen Entwicklungsnetzwerks

- Selbstständige, systematische Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in interdisziplinären Entwicklungsumgebungen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen technischen Partnern
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
