Die Schlosskellerei Affaltrach ist ein in 4. Generation geführtes Familienunternehmen und steht für Qualität, Tradition und moderne Kellerwirtschaft. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Technischen Leiter (m/w/d), der unsere technischen Anlagen, Prozesse und Infrastruktur verantwortet und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt.
Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die technische Infrastruktur der Kellerei
- Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft aller Produktions-, Abfüll- und Versorgungsanlagen
- Planung, Organisation, Überwachung und Durchführung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen
- Führung und Koordination des technischen Teams sowie externer Dienstleister
- Planung und Umsetzung von Investitions- und Modernisierungsprojekten
- Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen hinsichtlich Effizienz, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften sowie Arbeitssicherheits-, Umwelt- und Hygienestandards
- Überwachung der Energieversorgung und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Energieeinsparung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Kellermeister, Qualitätsmanagement und Geschäftsleitung
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Wartungsplänen, technischen Dokumentationen und Budgets
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Getränketechnologie oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker oder Meister)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer technischen Position, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder Getränkeindustrie
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Instandhaltung, Automatisierung, Prozessoptimierung und Projektmanagement
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Vorschriften (Arbeitssicherheit, Hygiene, Umwelt)
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
