Aufgaben
- Beratung von landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben im Bereich Pferdehaltung und -zucht.
- Erstellung von professionellen Gutachten und Analysen zur Optimierung der betrieblichen Abläufe in der Pferdewirtschaft.
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Stallbauprojekten für Pferde unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Richtlinien und Standards.
- Entwicklung individueller Konzepte zur Direktvermarktung von Pferdeprodukten und -dienstleistungen.
- Begleitung und Beratung bei Hofübergaben mit Fokus auf den Bereich der Pferdehaltung.
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Agrarwissenschaften, Tierwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung in der Beratung von landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben, insbesondere im Bereich Pferdehaltung.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären.
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenmotivation.
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen und Flexibilität in der Arbeitszeitgestaltung.
