Job Summary

The Recruiting Specialist Lead serves as a senior member of the Recruiting Specialist organization, acting as a strategic partner to recruiters, recruiting managers, and Talent Acquisition leadership. This individual will work with Adecco to ensure Recruiting Specialists, drive consistency and quality across recruiter partnerships, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate experience, and serve as the primary escalation point for operational and partnership-related challenges.

The ideal candidate combines recruiting delivery expertise, delivery management, stakeholder management, coaching capability, and hands-on recruiting support experience to help scale a high-performing Recruiting Specialist model globally. The shift timings for the role are 3 PM to 12 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Partnership

• Act as the primary liaison between recruiters, recruiting managers, and Adecco leads / Recruiting Specialists POC’s.
• Drive alignment on partnership expectations, ownership boundaries, and service standards.
• Resolve partnership challenges and ensure effective collaboration.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and translate it into coaching and process improvements.
• Develop and cascade best practices, tools & process trainings
• Support adoption of the Recruiting Specialist model across recruiting teams.

Operational Excellence

• Monitor service delivery, quality, productivity, and partnership effectiveness per function.
• Identify trends impacting recruiter bandwidth gains and program performance.
• Drive consistency in execution across scheduling, candidate management, screening, documentation, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain operational standards and best practices.

Program Growth & Optimization

• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to evolve the Recruiting Specialist operating model.
• Support rollout of new tools, processes, and technologies.
• Identify opportunities to increase recruiter leverage and operational efficiency and translate it into actions for the vendor delivery team.
• Track program success metrics and recommend enhancements.

Hands-On Support ("Player" Component)

• Maintain select recruiter partnerships and support requisitions directly when needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex or high-priority recruiting activities.
• Assist during periods of high demand, new team onboarding, or coverage gaps.

This role owns capability, quality, enablement, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational excellence. It does not own HR administration, attendance management, or vendor compliance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• ​ 7+ years in Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or Talent Acquisition.
• Fully available and willing to work non traditional hours to support our teams and candidates across geographies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to tell our story effectively and build trust quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting candidate phone screens and managing recruiting workflows.
• Demonstrated coaching or team leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Experience supporting global recruiting organizations.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
