Aufgaben
- Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern in allen personalrelevanten Themen
- Koordinierung und Umsetzung des Bewerbermanagements, von der Veröffentlichung der Stellenanzeige über Bewerbungsgespräche bis hin zur Vertragserstellung
- Optimierung bestehender und Implementierung neuer HR-Prozesse
- Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen zu verschiedenen Anlässen
- Übernahme von Payroll-Tätigkeiten in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Accounting
- Erstellung von personalrelevanten Dokumenten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher sowie betrieblicher Vorgaben
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Aktuelle Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Proaktive sowie sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Zuverlässigkeit, Verschwiegenheit und Loyalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
