Job Description
Reporting to a Client Partner, you will act as a coordinator between our French clients and our specialist teams, assisting with communication to ensure the smooth running of campaign delivery projects. As part of a fast-paced team of Client Partners, Media Planners, Analysts, and Campaign Activators your support will be essential to the growth and retention of our key clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Client Partners in tracking the project pipeline, helping to flag upcoming needs to the wider team.
- Help collect information from various client teams to assist in the processing of briefs.
- Support the team in tracking budget approvals and monitoring campaign spend, helping to flag any discrepancies or changes.
- Set up regular project status meetings. You will be responsible for taking minutes, capturing "next steps", and ensuring all project "watch outs" are documented.
- Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations.
- Support with client reporting and tracking of deliverables
- Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of services and our integrated marketing offering to eventually identify our clients' needs and how we can fulfil them.
Qualifications
- You're able to sign an internship agreement for a full-time, 6+ month commitment (Monday through Friday).
- You're fluent in French and have a conversational level of English.
- You have some client-facing experience through an internship, apprenticeship or a personal project.
- You have an interest in social media, digital marketing or online advertising, and AI.
- You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.
- You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
- You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
