<p>You'll be part of our Connect team, reporting to<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/remi-fouilloux/"> Rémi Fouilloux</a>, Senior Engineering Manager. The team is split between Bordeaux and Paris.</p>

<p>Together, you'll be building and scaling Mirakl Connect, an innovative solution that simplifies sellers' daily lives through a central hub powered by the latest advances in AI.</p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Based in Paris or Bordeaux office with one day of remote work per week.</p>

<h2><strong>Your Impact</strong></h2>

<ul>

<li><strong>Drive technical excellence</strong>: Take ownership of user stories, conduct code reviews, and actively contribute to design, development, testing, and production deployments</li>

<li><strong>Coordinate cross-functional delivery</strong>: Develop roadmaps with R&amp;D, align priorities with other tech leads, and partner with product and design teams to deliver on commitments with high velocity and quality</li>

<li><strong>Develop talent and best practices</strong>: Ensure successful onboarding, identify and nurture team talent, contribute to recruitment, and establish best practices in clean code, testing, and pair programming</li>

<li><strong>Remove blockers and enable success</strong>: Step in to resolve technical challenges, make arbitration decisions, and ensure the team delivers on its commitments</li>

<li><strong>Lead and grow your team</strong>: Manage and mentor 4-5 developers, conducting one-on-ones, performance reviews, and fostering team cohesion and motivation across distributed locations</li>

<li><strong>Participate in the adoption of AI :</strong> within our products but also in internal practices&nbsp;</li>

<h2><strong>What You'll Bring to the Role</strong></h2>

<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>

<li>At least 5 years of Java development experience with recent versions</li>

<li>Minimum 2 years in a team lead or similar management role, mentoring developers</li>

<li>Proven ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with people management</li>

<li>Track record of delivering complex projects in a microservices environment</li>

<li>Professional proficiency in English&nbsp;</li>
