Responsibilities:

This is a full-time position. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide 1st line technical support to end customers for all VTD products, ranging from basic to advanced content, while meeting KPIs for response time and quality
  • Provide basic and advanced software training and demonstrations, as part of both pre-sales and post-sales activities
  • Create technical content such as knowledge articles and presentations
  • Engage with the VTD online community of users

Qualifications (Required):

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Electronics or other relevant disciplines
  • 2-3 years of industrial experience, especially in a relevant industry such as automotive, as an ADAS or automotive electronics engineer.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in AV/ADAS Simulation design and Scenario Authoring.
  • Experience with tools, Vires VTD or similar software like IPG carmaker, Scaner, Carla, and Applied Intuition is an added advantage.
  • Experience on Linux and understanding of computer fundamentals is required
  • Ability to explain complex technical problems with excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-organization and time-management skills with a commitment to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to interact in a team environment

Qualifications (Beneficial):

  • Simulation experience with VTD
  • Working with scripts and shell commands like Bash, Tcsh, Python, and Lua is an advantage, not mandatory.
  • Exposure to programming (basic level), like C++, python is an added advantage.
