Deine Aufgaben
Bearbeitung unserer E-Mail-Postfächer.
Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat.
Weiterleitung von Anfragen an die zuständigen Bereiche.
Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle.
Planung und Erstellung von Social-Media-Inhalten.
Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingkampagnen.
Entwicklung von Ideen für Aktionen und Werbung.
Suche nach passenden Events, Messen und Veranstaltungen.
Anmeldung, Buchung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen.
Planung von Personal, Material und Ablauf für Events.
Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen, teilweise auch am Wochenende.
Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation rund um Verkauf, Werkstatt und unsere Dienstleistungen.
Qualifikation
Dein Profil
Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing ist uns besonders wichtig.
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Social Media.
Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt.
Gute Kommunikation am Telefon und schriftlich.
Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten.
Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Organisationstalent.
Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf auch am Wochenende zu arbeiten.
Interesse an Fahrrädern und E-Bikes.
Grundkenntnisse rund ums Fahrrad sind von Vorteil, tiefes technisches Wissen ist aber nicht erforderlich .
