Your tasks: 📌
- Support the rollout and continuous improvement of global project governance standards and processes.
- Collaborate with project managers around the globe to track project progress, milestones, timelines and risks.
- Contribute to the development of management dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow SPM.
- Create reports, presentations and communication materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Help develop and maintain a global PMO knowledge base, template library and project management standards.
- Support PMO and Quality Management initiatives through research, analysis and process improvement activities.
Your profile: 🔎
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and an interest in project management, reporting and process improvement.
- Confident user of Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
- Proactive, structured and independent way of working.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good communication skills in German and English.
