What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or tax compliance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and international financial reporting requirements.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and analytical functions.
- Proven experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting processes.
- Experience analyzing financial statements and complex financial data.
- Ability to explain complex accounting and financial concepts clearly and accurately.
- Strong written communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or risks.
