REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 11+ years
- Strong working experience with architecture and development in C#,.net core,.net framework, entity framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API and unit testing.
- Should have experience of designing full-stack solutions for multi-tiered modern software and data applications.
- Develop proof of concept solutions to validate design / technology choices, approaches, and patterns, in collaboration with engineering team members.
- Strong hands-on Software Engineering background and a passion for innovation.
- Applied understanding of software architecture and refactoring patterns.
- Deliver solutions architecture documentation and diagrams.
- Well versed with front end technologies like HTML5, CSS JavaScript, React framework.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming System, Microservices architecture (MSA), Rest and Service-oriented architecture.
- Should have experience with Azure DevOps or CI/CD tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, NPM, Terraform, ARM, IIS.
- Hands on experience in database like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
- Good understanding of design patterns, Concurrent design and multithreading.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in different disparate technologies and environments.
- Should have experience of architecting some AI related solution using AI assisted coding tools like Claude, exposure on working on solution where AI integration was involved. You will have a good understanding of MCP, prompt / context Engineering, model families and the risks and ethical considerations associated with LLMs.
- Should have experience in the design and delivery of high availability cloud architectures on Azure/AWS, leveraging PaaS, IaaS + containerised workloads on Docker/Kubernetes.
- Should have experience of designing data lake, warehousing, and data processing solutions in the Cloud.
- Must have experience of DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and SRE best practices.
- Should have advanced problem-solving experience, leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot complex project issues.
- Should have strong modelling capability with the ability to clearly represent complex ideas graphically.
- Should be able to provide guidance to engineering teams and partner closely with data/product stakeholders to lead solutions design across a range of initiatives, multiple functional groups, and departments in an agile environment.
- Should have ability to balance architectural purity with constraints and commercial goals.
- Must have experience of building technology roadmaps, planning the evolution of solutions, technology choices and mitigation of risks/issues to progress towards a strategic vision and in support of investment cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide proactive design leadership and direction to multiple engineering teams, maintaining effective partnerships with engineering leaders and Product managers.
- Lead the architectural design of multi-tiered products and data applications to meet stakeholder requirements across multiple projects and investments.
- Proactively manage the applications portfolio to address technology debt, mitigate risks and progress the technology stack.
- Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them into technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
- Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
