Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct client intake conversations while accurately entering information into case management software
  • Clearly explain the VA claims process to prospective clients
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and text; proactively follow up to advance qualified cases
  • Identify the claims a client wishes to file with the VA and gather the necessary documentation and statements to support those claims
  • Organize and maintain client files within the firm's document management system
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a consistently professional and positive demeanor
  • Work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, organization, and tenacity

  • Technical proficiency — comfortable navigating multiple software platforms; able to quickly learn new systems and accurately manage digital records
