About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer / Vercel Platform Support Engineer to join a growing team supporting enterprise cloud-hosted digital platforms. This is a brand-new platform ownership role focused on building operational excellence, governance, reliability, and support processes for the Vercel platform — while working with modern web technologies and cloud-native architectures on behalf of a major enterprise client.
Note: This position is open to US Citizens only. Visa sponsorship is not available.
What You'll Do
- Administer and support the Vercel hosting platform for enterprise-scale web applications
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Owners, Architects, Security, and Development teams
- Drive incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and service restoration efforts
- Implement platform governance, monitoring, automation, and observability practices
- Manage deployments, user access administration, and overall platform reliability
- Establish repeatable operational processes and ITGC-compliant service offerings
- Support Next.js, React, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications hosted on Vercel
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 5+ years of experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms
- Strong hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
- Expertise in Dispatcher, CDN, and cloud deployments
- Demonstrated experience with Vercel Platform Administration
- Solid knowledge of Next.js, React, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience with platform monitoring, automation, and observability tooling
- Proven track record in Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis
- Background in enterprise platform governance and production support
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Must be a US Citizen (no visa sponsorship available)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65/hr USD
- Fully remote work arrangement
Location
This role is fully remote. Candidates based in or near Nashville, TN are preferred, though applicants from other US locations are welcome to apply.
