About the Team
The Organic Growth team is responsible for how Miro shows up in search and, increasingly, in AI-powered answer engines. We work closely with other go-to-market teams to ensure content we create reaches Miro's audience wherever they are spending their time.
About the Role
Search and discovery is changing. Google's AI-Overviews and LLMs are becoming the default way informational queries are answered. However, the information provided is often generic and lacks unique data points or interesting opinions.
Miro is looking for a content leader to help us win in this new era by ensuring all content we publish is of the highest quality and is not commoditised, meaning there is something genuinely interesting and unique about it that only we can bring.
We are also looking for someone who can help us be successful when it comes to content distribution, and work effectively with other stakeholders in the business in a coordinated way to ensure we are reaching the right people.
What you’ll do
- Own the organic growth content and research strategy
- Operationalise long-form content production in the team. Produce flagship long-form pieces yourself to set the standard, while also briefing others
- Build the framework for expert interviews, surveys, and original research
- Scale expert authorship (internal and external SMEs) so content is published under real, credible bylines
- Coordinate distribution with cross-functional stakeholders such as social and lifecycle marketing
- Identify priority topics by staying embedded in product development and partnering with
- Maintain the editorial calendar and track/report on content performance
What you’ll need
- Experience in a similar editorial, content-focussed role
- Examples of long-form pieces that have performed in organic search and social channels (such as LinkedIn)
- Hands-on experience designing and running original research
- Track record building expert-authorship or byline programs
- Experience operationalising content quality across a team
- Cross-functional experience partnering across marketing and sales teams to plan distribution as part of the content process
