<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>
<p>As our Alternatives Data Lead, you will own the Private Market data model and architecture best practices, acting as the critical link between management consulting teams and technical delivery units. You will spearhead vendor technical designs, blueprint integration frameworks, and manage an extensive system connector inventory — ensuring seamless data integration and migration that drives impactful business decisions.</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Own and evolve the private market data model with a deep understanding of data lineage and architecture design principles </li>
<li>Maintain and manage system integration inventories, staying ahead of technical capabilities and innovations </li>
<li>Collaborate with technical teams to design robust integration frameworks and support enterprise performance management solutions </li>
<li>Function as a trusted client advisor, simplifying technical concepts around data warehousing and BI/reporting for diverse audiences </li>
<li>Support business growth by translating complex requirements into technical solutions and contributing to sales engagements </li>
<li>Oversee scoping and design of scalable data migration initiatives </li>
<li>Facilitate effective collaboration between advisory consultants and technology teams to drive successful project delivery</li>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in data modelling, data architecture, or data management within consulting or technology contexts </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of private market data and alternative investment applications </li>
<li>Hands-on experience with system integration planning and managing connector/APIs inventories </li>
<li>Familiarity with data warehousing, BI tools, and data lineage methodologies </li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders </li>
<li>Skilled in scoping and designing complex data migrations and integrations (coding not required) </li>
<li>A sales-minded approach with experience supporting technical sales processes </li>
<li>Collaborative, proactive, and adept at navigating between business and technical teams</li>
</ul>
