Position: Circuit Design Writer - Engineering FRQ
Type:Contract
Compensation:$85/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Author original, free-response engineering problems grounded in real industry scenarios.
- Write complete expert-level solutions for each problem.
- Validate problem difficulty by testing against three frontier language models until at least one fails.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and model performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of hands-on professional/industry experience in analog, digital, power, or RF circuit design.
- Experience shipping or taping out real designs, not only simulated/verified.
Preferred
- Experience with well-known/blue-chip employers.
