Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized voice coaching sessions focused on French pronunciation, diction, and fluency for diverse learners.
• Design and implement tailored exercises to strengthen clients’ verbal and written communication skills.
• Evaluate individual needs and progress, adapting methods to achieve optimal results.
• Provide actionable feedback to boost clients’ confidence and communication clarity.
• Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to develop innovative coaching materials and resources.
• Stay current on best practices in voice coaching and French language instruction.
• Maintain detailed records of coaching sessions and learners’ progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in French with a deep understanding of its phonetics and culture.
• Proven experience in voice coaching, speech therapy, language instruction, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and empathy.
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners to achieve their full potential.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities in a remote work setting.
• Comfort with using digital tools for virtual coaching and resource sharing.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in speech coaching, linguistics, or language education.
• Experience working with multicultural and international teams.
• Background in curriculum development or educational content creation.
