Role Overview

The Global Benefits and Leaves Analyst joins Harvey's Total Rewards team to support administering and improving employee benefits and leave programs across a rapidly scaling, global workforce. The team's mission is to deliver competitive, compliant, and employee-centric programs in every region where Harvey operates. This role manages day-to-day Tier 1 benefits support globally while partnering on benefits programs and vendor operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring employees receive timely, accurate guidance and that programs run smoothly as Harvey expands into new markets. You’ll work closely with People Operations, Payroll, and external brokers, building operational rigor into a function that directly touches every employee. It is a chance to scale benefit operations at a category-defining AI company during a period of exceptional international growth.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 global benefits inquiries across all regions (including the US) with a responsive, service-oriented approach—resolving standard requests directly while escalating complex cases to the Benefits Program Managers.
  • Assist in administration and support of benefits programs and vendor relationships across EMEA and APAC, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with Harvey's total rewards philosophy.
  • Coordinate leave-of-absence processes end-to-end — including statutory and company-provided leaves — across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Partner with Payroll and external brokers to ensure accurate benefits enrollment, changes, and offboarding workflows.
  • Analyze benefits utilization data and employee queries to identify trends and propose process improvements.
  • Partner with Benefit Program Managers on open enrollment execution, new-country benefit launches, and drafting employee communications.
  • Track, process, and reconcile benefits-related invoices from vendors and brokers.
  • Develop, maintain and update internal benefits documentation, employee FAQs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as programs scale.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, administrative PO creation, and contract workflows with guidance from Finance and Legal

What You Have

  • 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or a related HR operations role, ideally within a global or multi-country environment
  • Working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits structures, statutory requirements, and leave entitlements
  • Excellent communication and service orientation, with a track record of delivering responsive, empathetic employee support
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), HR ticketing or case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, or Workday Help), and benefits administration tools
  • Experience or exposure to benefits vendor/broker management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret benefits data and produce actionable insights
  • Ability to manage day-to-day workflows independently while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate complex issues
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables) for basic data analysis and invoice reconciliation
