Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Equipment & Asset Management
- Oversee procurement, configuration, allocation, and recovery of IT equipment (laptops, monitors, accessories).
- Maintain accurate inventory via asset management tools.
- Conduct regular audits to track health, status, and compliance of assets.
- Manage device warranty, repairs, replacements, and retirements.
2. Vendor & License Management
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and SaaS services.

5. Network & Infrastructure Support
- Set up and maintain internal network components — switches, routers, Wi-Fi, LAN.
- Collaborate with ISPs for uptime and performance.
- Ensure reliable hybrid VC systems (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms).
6. Documentation & IT Policy Management
- Maintain thorough documentation for processes, IT assets, and SOPs.
- Create and update IT policies including acceptable use, security, and access management.
- Contribute to the internal IT knowledge base for quicker resolution cycles.
7. Employee IT Enablement & Training ● Provide user training on tools and IT best practices.
- Lead onboarding sessions and support adoption of IT policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT administration or IT infrastructure management.
- Strong hands-on experience with end-user support (hardware, software, network).
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Experience in vendor management and SaaS license optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to support cross-functional teams.
