About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee marketing execution, and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
This is more than an account management role.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts while coordinating email marketing campaigns, WordPress updates, SEO initiatives, reporting, and cross-functional marketing projects.
You’ll work closely with leadership and internal marketing teams to keep campaigns moving, maintain clear client communication, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Own
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Manage communication via email, Slack, WhatsApp, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
- Lead recurring client meetings, status updates, and performance reviews.
- Keep clients informed, aligned, and supported throughout every project.
- Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and reliable execution.
Email Marketing
- Build, launch, and manage email campaigns using platforms such as:

- Write and edit:

- Monitor results and provide actionable recommendations.
Website & Content Management

SEO Support
