About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Chief of Staff to serve as the strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving company strategy, operational execution, and cross-functional alignment.
You won’t simply coordinate projects—you’ll help shape company priorities, ensure strategic initiatives move forward, improve operational efficiency, and provide executive-level support that enables leadership to scale effectively.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, department leaders, and key stakeholders to translate strategy into execution while building systems that improve accountability, communication, and business performance.

What You’ll Own
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the CEO to define and execute company strategy.
- Translate executive priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines.
- Drive accountability across strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Identify execution risks and proactively develop solutions.
- Lead special projects and company-wide initiatives from planning through completion.
Executive Partnership
- Support the CEO with strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, and leadership communications.
- Assist with board meetings, investor updates, and executive reporting.
- Represent leadership in meetings and cross-functional initiatives when appropriate.
- Handle confidential business matters with professionalism and discretion.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align departments around company priorities and strategic objectives.
