About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting.

This is more than a cold calling role.

You’ll identify target accounts, engage decision-makers through multi-channel outreach, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you’ll play a critical role in generating pipeline and supporting revenue growth.

What You’ll Own

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Build targeted prospect lists using:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • ZoomInfo
  • Apollo
  • Crunchbase
  • Other prospecting platforms
  • Research companies and identify key decision-makers.
  • Personalize outreach based on industry, role, and business needs.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified outbound opportunities.

Outbound Sales & Cold Calling

  • Execute high-volume outreach through:
  • Phone
  • Email
  • LinkedIn
  • Video messaging
  • Complete approximately 30–40 cold calls per day.
  • Manage 60–100 daily outbound activities.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently.
  • Build rapport quickly and generate interest in the company’s solutions.

Sales Cadence & Campaign Execution

  • Build and manage multi-touch outbound sequences.
  • Execute 5–10 touchpoint campaigns across multiple channels.
