We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Supply Chain Support Consultant to join our ERP support team. This role involves supporting end-users, maintaining and optimizing supply chain processes within Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Business Central), and resolving functional issues to ensure smooth operations.

What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

Functional Support & Issue Resolution

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for supply chain management (SCM) modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order Management, Warehouse Management, and Transportation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported by users within Dynamics 365 SCM.
  • Document issues, root causes, and solutions in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira).

User Assistance & Training

  • Guide users on Dynamics SCM processes and best practices.
  • Support end-user training and onboarding on new SCM features or processes.
  • Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

System Maintenance & Process Optimization

  • Assist with testing and deploying SCM-related updates, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Analyze existing supply chain processes in the system and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to resolve escalated tickets or complex issues.

Data & Reporting

  • Assist with data cleansing, data imports, and validating supply chain data accuracy.
  • Generate and maintain SCM-related reports using embedded tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, or Excel add-ins).
  • Ensure data integrity across purchase orders, sales orders, stock levels, and vendor information.

Collaboration & Project Support

  • Work closely with the IT, Finance, and Operations teams to align SCM functionality with business needs.
  • Participate in small enhancements, upgrades, or rollout projects as a support lead or tester.
  • Assist in UAT and coordinate feedback collection from supply chain users.

Who Do You Need to Be?

  • 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Business Central (focus on SCM modules).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations: procurement, logistics, inventory, and sales fulfillment.
  • Experience using or supporting systems such as Product Information Management (PIM), WMS, or vendor portals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
