Als Consultant DMS berätst du unsere mittelständischen Kunden rund um Dokumentenmanagement und digitale Dokumentenprozesse im Umfeld unseres ERP-Systems APplus.
Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe, entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden passende DMS-Lösungen und begleitest deren Umsetzung. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Projektmanagerinnen, Entwicklerinnen sowie den Key-Usern unserer Kunden zusammen.
Aufnahme und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen sowie Erstellung von Spezifikationen Aktive Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Prozessoptimierung und Effizienzsteigerung Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen in APplus Konfiguration und Customizing des ERP-Systems in einem oder mehreren Fachbereichen Durchführung von Tests, Fehleranalysen und Qualitätssicherung der ERP-Prozesse Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Key-User und Endanwender Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, Schulungsunterlagen und Prozessbeschreibungen Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung standardisierter, wiederverwendbarer ERP-Prozesslösungen
Je nach Erfahrungslevel zusätzlich:
- Koordination von Arbeitspaketen und Mentoring von Kollegen
- Fachliche Führung im Consulting-Team, Entwicklung von Best Practices und Begleitung strategischer ERP-Entscheidungen
Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikationen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als ERP-Consultant oder ERP-Key-User Sehr gutes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Prozesse Erfahrung in der Implementierung und im Customizing von ERP-Systemen Berufserfahrung im DMS-Consulting, Dokumentenmanagement oder in der Digitalisierung von Dokumentenprozessen Erfahrung mit einem DMS-, ECM- oder Archivierungssystem Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kund*innen Sicheres Auftreten, Präsentationskompetenz und Teamgeist Bereitschaft zu moderater Reisetätigkeit Je nach Erfahrungslevel zusätzlich:
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer ERP-Projekte
- Fähigkeit, Prozesse strategisch zu gestalten und abteilungsübergreifende Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und im Mentoring von Kolleg*innen
