Kintsugi is a leader in fintech innovation, revolutionizing how businesses manage sales tax compliance. We seek a Technical Product Manager with a deep understanding of sales tax systems and integrations to join our team. The Technical Product Manager (TPM) for Integrations will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple integrations between our product and other platforms. This role is critical as we scale our product offerings through seamless integrations, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements. You’ll collaborate with external partners and internal teams to drive successful integration launches.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for integrations.
- Collaborate with integration partners to understand their documentation and process requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and successful integration development.
- Work with internal teams to refine integration requirements and provide support.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure a seamless user experience for integrations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's API and guide partners on its usage.
- Present integration project updates to internal stakeholders.
- Assist go-to-market teams in the successful launch of new integrations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, automation testing, or software development-related roles.
- Experience working within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of API design, data integration, and system architecture, with the ability to understand and leverage API documentation.
- Experience managing or leading teams with a focus on driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to independently initiate and drive projects with minimal guidance.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in fintech or other highly regulated industries, understanding their unique challenges.
- Integrations Technical Product Management or Engineering Management experience at B2B SaaS startups.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, understanding how they can enhance product development.
- Experience with product analytics and metrics, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
