About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Trainer – South Region with 1–2 years of experience to support our customers in the effective use of Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs) and related classroom technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging product training sessions, conducting on-site and virtual demonstrations, creating learning materials, and driving successful product adoption across the South region. You will collaborate closely with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure a seamless training experience and maximize customer satisfaction. (Budget : Up-to 5LPA)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, user guides, and learning resources.
- Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions to ensure successful product adoption.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support for effective training delivery.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, feedback reports, and training documentation.
- Collect and analyze training feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the South India region on a daily basis.
- Stay updated on product enhancements and incorporate them into training programs.
- Research and implement modern training methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Support ongoing learning initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience, Freshers are also welcomed in Corporate Training, Learning & Development, Customer Training, Product Training, or a similar role.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience creating training content and learning materials.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with EdTech, SaaS, or technology products is preferred
