SAP Commerce (Hybris) Backend Developer (6–8Years)
About the Role
Analog Devices is seeking an experienced SAP Commerce (Hybris) Backend Developer to drive keyB2B eCommerce initiatives and contribute to the evolution of its SAP Commerce Cloud platform. The successful candidate will design, develop, and enhance scalable commerce solutions while ensuring high-quality software delivery, adherence to coding standards, and best practices. This role requires close collaboration with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
Experience
- 6–8 years of professional software development experience.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, and SAP Commerce(Hybris).
- 4+ years of SAP Commerce Cloud (1905+) development experience.
- Experience delivering at least two end-to-end SAP Commerce implementations, preferably in aB2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) backend applications.
- Customize SAP Commerce Core, B2B modules, Backoffice, OCC APIs, and web services.
- Develop and maintain integrations with SAP CPI (BTP), SAP S/4HANA, REST APIs, and third-partysystems.
- Build and enhance commerce capabilities including product catalog, pricing, inventory, cart &checkout, order management, and customer management.
- Develop and maintain WCMS components, pages, navigation, and content managementfeatures.
- Configure and customize CronJobs, Business Processes, Events, Interceptors, Restrictions, andCloud Hot Folder processes.
- Develop data import/export solutions using ImpEx.
- Implement Populators, Converters, and custom business logic following SAP Commerce best practices.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and secure development practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architects, Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Technical Skills
- SAP Commerce: SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris 1905+), CCv2, B2B Commerce, OCC, Backoffice, WCMS, ImpEx, FlexibleSearch, Data Modeling, CronJobs, Business Processes, Interceptors, Events, Populators & Converters, Cart & Checkout, Order Management.
- Programming: Java, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, RESTful APIs.
- Integration: SAP CPI (BTP), SAP S/4HANA, REST API integrations, Payment Gateway, Inventory &Pricing Integration, Third-party System Integration.
- DevOps & Tools: Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud CCv2 deployments.
- Experience integrating SAP Commerce with headless storefronts (React.js or similar frame works).
- Experience integrating payment providers.
- Experience with CPQ and Quote Management solutions such as SAP CPQ, Vendavo, or Model N.
- SAP Commerce Cloud (1905+) Certification is a strong advantage.
