About the position

We have an incredible opportunity for a Conduct Risk Specialist! Through our Integrity Program ("Program"), the Conduct Risk team prevents and detects unethical practices, fraud, and irregularities, ensures compliance with laws and regulations applicable to Nubank, and promotes an ethical and responsible culture globally.

You will play a relevant role managing the processes and controls of the Program. In this position, you will interact with multiple teams to strategically influence decisions and engage stakeholders in the activities required for Program compliance. Among the Specialist’s key responsibilities are advising on matters relevant to the Code of Conduct—for both internal (employees at all levels) and external (audit) audiences—and driving the continuous improvement of the Integrity Program.

You will be responsible for:

  • Management and governance of the Code of Conduct;
  • Conducting Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Assessments;
  • Third-Party Anti-Corruption Due Diligence (Vendors and Partners);
  • Conflict of Interest management;
  • Reviewing Conduct Risk policies;
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring Conduct Risk communications and training programs;
  • Planning, building, and executing monitoring activities and tests;
  • Managing the Integrity Program and providing support to Nubankers across all geographies where Nubank operates;
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and best practices related to the Integrity Program;
  • Creating and presenting internal and regulatory Integrity Program reports;
  • Implementing and tracking Integrity Program action plans.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in structuring, implementing, or managing Integrity and Ethical Compliance Programs, preferably in the financial or technology sectors;
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization;
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, including the ability to structure analysis, participate in business decisions, and navigate across different Nubank domains/environments;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues for both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels;
  • Mastery and practical application of key national and international anti-corruption laws and regulatory frameworks, including the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Act (Law No. 12,846/2013), FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), UK Bribery Act, as well as familiarity with UNCAC, OECD, and OAS treaties and conventions;
  • Advanced English (mandatory) and Spanish (a plus);
  • Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP-I) are considered a plus.
