- Leitung und Organisation der KFZ-Werkstätte
- Führung eines Werkstatt-Teams mit mehreren Technikern
- Koordination und Einteilung der Werkstattaufträge unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenterminen sowie Werkstattkapazitäten
- Aktive Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Werkstatt und Servicebereich
- Verantwortung für KFZ-Service-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten gemäß § 57a
- Durchführung von Fahrzeugdiagnosen sowie Fehleranalysen und Behebungen
- Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards, Arbeitssicherheit und effizienter Werkstattabläufe
- Abgeschlossene KFZ-Meisterprüfung wünschenswert
- Ausbildereignung bzw. Ausbilderprüfung von Vorteil
- § 57a-Ausbildungspass mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in einem § 57a-Betrieb
- Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern bzw. Werkstattteams
- Solide EDV-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit Diagnosegeräten
- Organisationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken
- Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an technischen Innovationen sowie Weiterbildung
