  • Assist in provisioning and configuring new hardware (cameras, microphones, conferencing devices) for office builds and upgrades
  • Maintain an organized inventory of AV equipment and recommend improvements to workflows, documentation, and processes

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in AV as it relates to live event production
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to stay calm and solution-oriented during live events
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience with event technologies like Zoom Webinar/Meeting, PTZ cameras, video switching systems, and audio mixing

While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

  • Familiarity with conference room systems (e.g. Logitech, Neat) and routine maintenance tasks such as firmware updates
  • Experience or certifications with Q-Sys and Dante

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills.
