This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and business operations. • Lead the entire M&A process, from sourcing potential deals to negotiating and closing transactions. Conduct thorough due diligence to identify risks and evaluate synergies.
  • Drive post-merger integration planning in coordination with functional stakeholders, ensuring deal value is captured
  • Prepare and present materials for executive and board-level audiences

What You Bring

  • 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, growth equity, or corporate development at a leading technology company. Successful track record of executing M&A transactions
  • Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills; deep experience with negotiation and deal structuring
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and concisely
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and business judgment
