El Auditor de Calidad en SSL SLP tiene como funciones principales:
- Realizar auditorías a los procesos productos en sus diferentes etapas para verificar su cumplimiento con las Full especificaciones definidas en la orden de producción, plan de control y hoja de parámetros de forma diaria y continua durante su turno.
- Participar activamente en el análisis de problemas de calidad junto con el equipo de producción, proceso y mantenimiento
- Identificar y detener el producto no conforme
- Coordinas contenciones con los diferentes departamentos
- Validación de folia de producción
- Validación de parámetros y características de producto
- Licenciatura en ingeniería
- Análisis y solución de problemas (A3, 8D, PDCA, etc.)
- Core Tools (APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, etc)
- Instrumentos de medición.
- Normas del sistema de gestión de calidad (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.)
- Manejo de Producto No Conforme
- Herramientas estadísticas
- Microsoft Office
