Controller (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit
Aufgaben
- Koordination, Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Budgetplanungs- und Forecast-Prozessen, incl. Entwicklung geeigneter Planungstemplates
- Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens sowie Erstellung, Optimierung und Analyse von regelmäßigen Reports und Statistiken
- Aufbereitung und Analyse von Unternehmenskennzahlen sowie Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
- Überwachung und Steuerung der Kosten und Leistungen durch Soll-/Ist-Vergleiche und Einleitung von korrigierenden Maßnahmen mit der Fachabteilung zur Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung
- Mitarbeit an Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB sowie eigenständige Analyse und Präsentation der Geschäftsergebnisse
- Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Prozesse und der Produktkostenrechnung
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- idealerweise Berufserfahrung, auch Berufseinstieg nach abgeschlossenem Studium möglich
- analytische und strategisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Zahlenaffinität sowie Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Selbstorganisation
- Kommunikationsstärke und technisches Verständnis
- Erfahrung in MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-System
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
