As a Sr. Manager, Field Engineering, you will lead a diverse team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects covering the Asean region. You’ll play a key leadership role at the intersection of technology and business—guiding your team to design impactful solutions and drive growth through collaboration and innovation.
You’ll empower your team to communicate complex ideas with clarity, support strategic enterprise customer engagements, and build lasting partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Services, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional leaders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science (consulting or customer-facing experience preferred).
- Enthusiasm for data, AI, and cloud technologies, and the ability to connect these to real business outcomes.
