As an intern, you will be involved in:
- Developing a system to check and verify the correct billing, packaging quantity, and vendor by purchase order.
- Automating open orders with accurate shipping information.
- Automating a system to verify freight requirements against allocations on a monthly basis.
- Preparing shipping documents and archiving them on an on‑demand basis.
- Supporting other supply chain initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field
Preferred candidates should possess the following:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of VBA/Python programming
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and be results‑oriented
