Back Office KYC Specialist with English

We are currently looking for a KYC Specialist with English to join our growing team in Sofia. If you have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and are passionate about compliance and customer verification, we'd love to meet you!

Your Responsibilities

• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Verify customer identity and supporting documentation.
• Analyze customer information to identify potential risks and inconsistencies.
• Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Escalate high-risk or suspicious cases according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all cases are completed within service level agreements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support compliance and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, Banking, Financial Services, Risk, or Customer Support is an advantage but not required.
• Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Working Hours

• Work from our office in Sofia.
• Rotational 8 hours shifts / 5 days per week
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 22:00.
