Junior Business Development Manager Europe – German & English

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Business Development Manager Europe to identify new business opportunities and support the growth of our European market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities across Europe.
• Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings with prospects and internal sales/SME teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Qualify leads and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Support sales campaigns and account strategies.
• Manage sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Qualify leads and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Support sales campaigns and account strategies.

Requirements:

• C1 German or above – mandatory.
• Fluent English – mandatory.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is an advantage.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-oriented mindset.
