Aufgaben
Virale Short-Form-Videos analysieren, verstehen warum sie funktioniert haben, und das für unsere Creator adaptieren.
Scripts und Shot Lists schreiben, die deine Creator dann aufnehmen. Ihnen präzises Feedback geben, was gut war, was nicht, was sich ändern muss.
Editoren und Poster steuern. Du besitzt das Ergebnis, sie führen aus.
Jeden Post analysieren: warum hat das eingeschlagen, warum ist das gefloppt, worauf setzen wir diese Woche.
Mutige Ideen schnell testen, wegwerfen was nicht funktioniert, skalieren was funktioniert.
Qualifikation
Das ist kein 9-to-5. Wenn Sonntagabend ein Reel viral geht, bist du dran. Wenn unter der Woche um 22 Uhr ein Account gesperrt wird, kümmerst du dich. Das Wochenende ist normalerweise frei, aber bei Emergencies springst du ein, ohne Diskussion. Wenn dich das abschreckt, ist der Job nichts für dich.
Was wir wollen:
Besessenheit von Short-Form. Du schaust täglich stundenlang freiwillig TikTok und Reels und kannst erklären, warum ein Video funktioniert. Du lernst das nicht erst, du lebst es schon.
Ownership-Mentalität. Du behandelst die Accounts deiner Creator wie dein eigenes Business. Keine Ausreden, kein "der Editor hat nicht geliefert", du machst es möglich.
Analytischer Blick. Du kannst dir 20 Videos anschauen und uns sagen, welches Muster die erfolgreichen verbindet.
Fließend Deutsch und gutes Englisch. Nicht verhandelbar.
Bonus, kein Muss: Erfahrung im Aufbau von IG- oder TikTok-Accounts, Agentur- oder Marketing-Hintergrund. Uns zählt Drive und Gespür mehr als dein Lebenslauf.
