Zur Verstärkung unseres Expertenteams bei unserem Kunden aus der Funk- und Kommunikationsbranche suchen wir einen Mechanical Design Engineer (m/w/x) in Festanstellung bei K-tronik. Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie persönlich kennen zu lernen - und gemeinsam mit Leidenschaft und Teamgeist an spannenden Projekten und zukunftsweisenden Technologien zu arbeiten.
Aufgaben:
- In dieser Position verantworten Sie die Ideenfindung, die Produktkonzeption und die Entwurfserstellung (3D-CAD) für Geräte, Systeme, Anlagen, Standardbaugruppen und Mikromechanik/-elektronik
- Sie übernehmen die Detailkonstruktion, die Festigkeitsberechnung und sind zuständig für die Kühl- und Lüftungskonzepte für elektronische Geräte
- Weiter zählen die Zeichnungserstellung nach ISO GPS, die Dokumentenverwaltung bzw. das Produktdatenmanagement (PDM) sowie das Änderungswesen und die Produktpflege zu Ihren Tätigkeiten
- Fertigungsbetreuung von Entwicklungsmustern, den Serienlauf und Betreuung von Typprüfungstests liegen in Ihrer Verantwortlichkeit
- Außerdem sind Sie zuständig für das Projektmanagement, die Erstellung von Arbeitspaketen, die Zeitabschätzung und die Kalkulation der Herstellkosten
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mechatronik, des Maschinenbaus mit dem Schwerpunkt Konstruktion, der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Praktische Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion mit 3D-CAD (z.B. NX) und Tolerierung nach ISO GPS
- Grundsätzliches Know-how über thermische Prozesse und die Kühlung elektrischer Geräte
- Grundverständnis über die Festigkeitsberechnung mechanischer Strukturen und der Konstruktion von statisch und dynamisch belasteten Bauteilen
- Grundkenntnisse der Elektrotechnik
- Engagierte, selbständige sowie teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
