Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie persönlich kennen zu lernen - und gemeinsam mit Leidenschaft und Teamgeist an spannenden Projekten und zukunftsweisenden Technologien zu arbeiten.
Aufgaben:
- Planung und Durchführung des Migrationsprojekts: Upgrade der Build‑Toolchain auf Visual Studio 2017 (MSVC v141 / VS2017 Toolset)
- Analyse und Anpassung der Build‑Skripte (CMake, MSBuild, Ninja) und CMake‑Generatoren (z. B. "Visual Studio 15 2017")
- Anpassung der CI‑Pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) inkl. Update/Provisioning der Windows‑Build‑Agenten und Runner
- Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Compiler‑/Linker‑Fehlern, Warnungen und Inkompatibilitäten nach Toolchain‑Wechsel
- Recompilation und Validierung von Drittanbieter‑Bibliotheken (z. B. Boost) und Sicherstellung der ABI/CRT‑Kompatibilität
- Aktualisierung von SDK‑ und Runtime‑Abhängigkeiten (Windows SDK, UCRT) und Verwaltung von Toolset‑Versionen
- Erstellung von Rollout‑/Rollback‑Plänen, Staging‑Builds und Release‑Checks zur Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten
- Automatisierte Tests integrieren und ausführen (Boost.Test), Validierung von Release‑Artifacts und Signierung
- Dokumentation der Änderungen, Migration Guides, sowie Wissenstransfer / Schulung der Entwicklerteams
- Monitoring der Build‑Stabilität, Optimierung der Build‑Parallelität und Reduktion der Build‑Dauer
Qualifikationen:
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit Visual Studio (insbesondere VS2017) und MSVC‑Toolchains (v141)
- Sicherer Umgang mit CMake, MSBuild und Build‑Generatoren; Erfahrung mit Ninja von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit CI/CD‑Systemen (Jenkins und/oder GitLab CI) und Konfiguration von Windows‑Build‑Agenten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in C++ (Build‑Fehleranalyse, Linker, ABI/CRT‑Fragilitäten)
- Erfahrung mit Migrationen von Compiler/Toolchain (z. B. VS2015 → VS2017) und Umgang mit Inkompatibilitäten
- Gute Kenntnisse in Batch/Powershell und Python zur Automatisierung von Installation, Provisioning und Tests
- Erfahrung mit automatisierten Tests und Testframeworks (idealerweise Boost.Test)
- Analytische, selbständige Arbeitsweise und Erfahrung im Erstellen von Rollout‑/Fallback‑Strategien
