Für einen Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen SAP HCM Engineer (m/w/d).
Aufgaben
- Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation der SAP-HCM-Landschaft
- Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen in SAP
- Zentrale Anlaufstelle für Anforderungen und Fehlermeldungen im SAP-HCM-Umfeld
- Analyse und Behebung auftretender Fehler sowie eigenständige Umsetzung von Anforderungen innerhalb des SAP-Standards oder Vertretung dieser gegenüber einem internationalen Steuerkreis
- Koordination der Umsetzung von Anforderungen an Schnittstellen und Datentransfers durch Entwicklerteams in Deutschland und auf internationaler Ebene
- Planung und Koordination von Anwender-Tests bei neuen bzw. geänderten Prozessen und Abläufen
- Begleitung regelmäßiger System-Upgrades durch die Planung und Durchführung vorbereitender Tests mit Anwendern
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, eine Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP-HCM-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Prozesse in den Bereichen Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft, Personaladministration und Organisationsmanagement
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Vertragsart: Festanstellung nach Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
Standort: Raum Stuttgart, Homeoffice anteilig möglich
Start: asap
Dauer: 24 Monate (mit ggf. Übernahme in eine direkte Festanstellung)
